Terms of Service

1. Services

ChurchStacks provides church website design, development, and related digital services for churches and ministries in India. Our services are described on our Services and Pricing pages.

2. Engagement & Payment

Projects begin after a consultation and payment of the agreed package fee. All prices are one-time payments in Indian Rupees (₹). Payment is due before project commencement.

3. Project Timeline

We aim to deliver websites within 2-4 weeks of receiving all required content (text, images, logos) from the client. Delays in content provision may extend the timeline.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, images, logos, and timely feedback during the design process. We are not liable for delays caused by client unavailability.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the website we build for them. We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Hosting & Domain

Website hosting and domain registration are the client's responsibility. We assist with setup and provide recommendations but do not include ongoing hosting costs in our packages.

7. Support & Maintenance

Each package includes a specified support period (1-12 months). After the support period, annual maintenance plans are available at additional cost.

8. Limitation of Liability

ChurchStacks's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
